Training 5/16

Trained at Halliwell’s Strength & Conditioning today. Great powerlifting gym in Fort Lauderdale. Wow. What an atmosphere and a great day of training. I’ll post something longer when I have time about my gym situation. Here’s what I did:

ME Bench (widegrip: fingers on line. Looks like this is where I’ll have my grip from now on)
315 for 5×1
365 2 board press x1, immediately followed by 3 board press x1, immediately followed by 4 board press x1
405 4 board press for 2×1
315 2 board press x2 reps
225 2 board press x3 reps
A. Closegrip bench 185×5, 225 for 2×5 with a pause at the bottom
B. DB Shrugs 3×15-20 at 100
C1. Chest supported row 3×8-10
C2. T-bar row 3×6-8
D. Std hammer curls 3×10 each w/ 40s
E. BW Reverse hyper 3×12
